At CIC Australia we put a great deal of emphasis on providing a good work/life balance for our people.  We are family friendly and flexible when it comes to working hours and leave; for instance, we offer 12 weeks paid maternity leave to people who have been with us for more than 18 months.  Working on the principle of a sound mind in a sound body, we also help out with study leave and are even prepared to partially subsidise gym memberships.

Because we work very hard to keep our people, we don’t have a high staff turnover.
