Awards
At CIC, we are not driven by the desire to win awards. Our priorities are always to create liveable, sustainable communities, while providing the best outcomes for our joint venture partners and shareholders. However, it’s always satisfying to receive the recognition of our peers. Our original project, Jerrabomberra Park, was named HIA Housing Estate of the Year award for the ACT and Southern New South Wales no less than four times, and CIC developments have continued to garner awards over the years. Among our recent achievements are the following:

Winner – Googong (Concept Design category)
2011 AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS ACT ARCHITECTURE AWARDS
